G 15504 E - Capsule Filler IMA ZANASI 40-F for Powders

This automatic capsule-filling machine is suitable for filling powders or granules into hard-gelatine capsules at speeds up to 40,000 capsules per hour. The machine is supported on a fabricated cabinet which houses the operating stations.

The machine is seen in our photos complete with IMA SC 1000 Capsule Sorter + Loader (our Ref G 15505) and IMA DS-71 Capsule Sorter (our Ref G 15506)

The 40-F Capsule Filler is offered complete with sets of format change parts suitable for processing size 0, 1, 2 and 4 Capsules. It also has interchangeable guard panels allowing it to be set up to run as a containment / isolation machine for hazardous products if required.
