Description
- Mobile laboratory unit is suitable for spray drying water or solvent-based pharmaceutical solutions, suspensions or emulsions such as proteins and vitamins.
- Small-scale tests and small powder quantities for product and concept studies possible
- Process gas: Nitrogen
- Nitrogen is heated using an electric heater to dry the liquid components in the mixture under aseptic conditions.
- In the upper part of the spray dryer tower, the material to be dried is introduced into the arranged two-substance spray nozzles in the hot gas flow, atomized and dried to a fine powder in a very short time.
- Dried particles leave the tower through an outlet pipe and are recovered in a cyclone and discharged into a glass container (100 ml volume), the finest particles in the process gas are passed through a bag filter and collected there.
