A 15909 E - Mixer / Granulator Aeromatic-Fielder PMA 10/2GI

This compact high-shear, mixer granulator is designed for use in Research and Development. The machine intensively mixes and disperses materials such as powders and forms them into granules, free-flowing materials including liquids can also be processed in the machine.

The total volume of the mixing chamber is 10 L allowing a useful batch capacity of 6 L (dry material). The machine is ideally suited for average Granulated batches of 3 to 4 kg (@ 0.6 g/cc). The machine has a variable speed main mixer 50 to 600 rpm and a high-speed side entry chopper with two speeds 1500 / 3000 rpm.

It is equipped with a 'Compu-Matrix 1' system for the controlled addition of Solvents and/or binders to the product mix.
