A 16323 E - High-Shear Mixer / Granulator GLATT VG 25

This high-shear Mixer Granulator is suitable for laboratory, research and development or small-scale production. It is designed for mixing, dispersing and granulating powders and wet granulation.. The machine bowl has a total capacity of 25 L resulting in a working capacity of 15 L (7.5 kg batch) depending on product characteristics. The machine has a variable speed main 'Z-blade' agitator and high-speed side entry chopper - all process and recipe aspects are controlled via the HMI operator panel and PLC control.

The machine is fitted with options for monitoring product temperature, control of pump for spray binder liquid addition. It is also prepared for WIP Wash In Place with the relevant connections.
