This table-top, semi-automatic induction sealer is ideal for lower production volumes. It is air-cooled and mounted on an adjustable stand complete with adjustable container guides allowing it to be used with the following round or shaped containers and caps without the need for tooling: -

Containers size: 15 to 150 mm

Container height: 50 to 220 mm

Cap size: up to 110 mm diameter

Operator control panel with digital timer (0-9.9 sec) auto detects foil presence and completion of the sealing process.

Sealing capacity (manufacturer's data): -

15 per minute for 38 mm diameter

10 per minute for 64 mm diameter

4 per minute for 110 mm diameter
