U 16622 E - Metal Detector LOMA INSIGHT PH

This compact instrument is designed to detect metal – ferrous, non-ferrous and non-magnetic stainless-steel grade 316 particles in tablets or capsules. It is designed to be used on-line and placed directly at the discharge chute of a tablet press or capsule filler after the dedusting process. GMP Design compliant with 21 CFR, parts 210 and 211. Memory storage for up to 200 pre-sets.

The instrument has a sensitivity to detect particles down to 0.25 mm and can handle flow rates up to 1,800,000 items per hour, depending on the product size.
